Ive got 560mb cable connection, can't seem to connetc to WINmx though. It doesn't pick up that I'm connected to the net. How can I solve this problem? Help.

I would recommend you drop WinMX, since it's not actively being developed any more. Go for Frostwire, since it's open source.
