Wierd Glitch Type Thing

Okay ever once in a while after a post, or a refresh the site will load really wide, and under each user name they'll be a saying of some sort. Each user name has a different saying. This probaly seems way out there, but i swear ive seen it like 4 times now. Anyway it will say like Jbrolax Beholds the power within... like fortune cookie type stuff. If it was any other server glitch i wouldnt be making a thread about this, but it makes a different saying for each member that has posted in that thread.

Has anyone seen this before?
