Technology Why oh why oh why????????

Every few days my internet explorer stops working, tried mozilla, same thing happens .. it just freezes,stilll signed into msn and downloading off dc++ .. anyone had this problem or know why this happens?

no I have 1gb of ram and it happens to every computer on my network at thte same time.

I had that , my IE crashed every other day then it become more regular crashing every other hour I thought It was a virus but no virus scan software located it, so I formatted my comp then it worked fine.

I cant format it for various reasons!! Someone know anything about this problem?????
