Tragedy Khadafi was going wayyyyy before the Outlaw Kadafi(as far as I know). So no, he's not trying to steal anyones name, as he has had that name longer than Outlaw Kadafi had his(if that's what you meant).

Oh sorry. I just still think it's stupid when two artists have similar names hehe.

It's cool. Pac named The Outlawz after people like Niccolo Machiavelli(like Pacs Makaveli, etc). So no one was trying to steal names, or anything :)
