A couple of Questions for everybody.

1. When you go to bed at night what postion do you lay in that makes you fall asleep "Like that". your out in no time?

2. Do you Snore at night? have you been told you snore, or have you waken up from sleeping by Snoring.

Me, I lay on my right side when i Sleep that is comfortable an im usually out in 5 minutes.

I only snore when i dont get enough sleep the night before. Ive been told i Snore.

i sleep in all different sort of positions. since i got my new bed last summer ive been falling asleep pretty quicly on my back.

some times when i have been napping on my futon or just pass out on it, i find my self waking up half a sleep. what wakes me up is i breath weird and i have been noticing some snoring sounds. it either that or gasping for air. not sure which yet.

if i dont post one day you all will know what happened to me, i died in my sleep

i used to sleep on my belly when i was a kid but now i sleep on my left side, i rarely snore and i have waken up from some snoring

when im a sleep im move around a lot all my fuckin blanket and pillows are on the ground and shit lol

That was the longest post I've ever seen you make. Keep it up.

I usually sleep on my front or my side, but sometimes it takes me atleast an hour to fall asleep, maybe even longer.

Sometimes it takes me like 10-15 minutes to go to sleep, I think it's because of my "ADD." If I sleep on my back I do make weird noises and jerk my body around, lol. This has been confrimed and I have woken myself up making those noises and movements, and it only happens when I sleep on my back, I don't know why I do it, but I don't sleep on my back alot, I ususally sleep on my side or on my stomach. And I do not snor.

I sleep on my side. If I'm having a difficult time falling asleep, I lay on my stomach. I never lay on my back because I find it uncomfortable. The Only time I do lay on my back is in the morning when I'm snoozing. I don't think I snore, I've never had any complaints.

They say that sleeping on your side will help prevent snoring.

Sleeping on your belly is bad for your respiratory system. Your breathing is also limited. Your back is pressing your chest against the bed and preventing proper contractions. The respiratory problems would lead to other shit.
Plus, if your using a pillow then your neck vertabrates would be in an unnatural position. meaning it would lead to problems with your posture in that area.

Lying on your back is also an unnatural position, as your inferior jaws would relax and lead to breathing through the mouth. This leads to drying of the gums and inflammations associated with that. The air that you would breath wouldn't be as purified as it would be if you breathed through your mouth, as the nose contains hair and mucous to clean the crap out of the air. There are other conditions associated with lying on your back in sleep. It prevents the easy flow of breath through your repiratory system, hence snorig will increase.

Sleeping on the left side is problematic also, as the heart would be then under the pressure of the right lung, the biggest of the two lungs, and this would affect its contraction especially if the person is old. The full stomach which itself is under the pressure of the heaviest organ in your system, the liver, which delays its emptying cycle, would also impose a pressure on the heart.

sleeping on the right side is the best possible position, as the left lung is smaller than the right one and the pressure on the heart would therefore be less the heart would perform its function better, the liver would not be suspended, and the stomach would be on it and so emptying its contents would be quicker. There are other more detailed benefits of sleeping on your right hand side.
