So I'm staying with my mom right now until my place is ready.

I'm fucking around on the net cuz thats what I do, when my mom busts the bedroom door open telling me I have to go outside and chase this man.. I'm thinking like "what the hell's my mom smoking".
As I'm walking outside she's telling me that a guy just tried to come through her window. May I remind you theres not one, but 5 cars in the driveway right now (haven't paid car bills this month). And this guy has the balls to try to break in seeing all these cars?

I've spent about 45 minutes walking around outside looking for even a footprint so I know which way to go to follow this dumbshit but nothing. So i've spent the last 20 minutes trying to find a place to buy a shotgun and would you believe Ebay doesn't sell actual guns?

So monday when I get paid I'm going and getting a gun. If a punk mother fucker wants to break into MY house then he's not leaving without a chunk of his insides on my property. These fucking kids are driving my gawd damn nuts. Some guy was knocking on my little sisters bedroom window a few months ago trying to get her to open it. SHE'S 2 YEARS OLD!! .. if this guy touches a hair on my families head.. .. oo my violent sides coming out. :fury: :fury: :fury:

this particular area was pretty quiet until recently. Now we can't keep these fuckin retards away. I'm convinced it's the neighbors but my mom doesn't want me to "start unnecessary problems". Cuz the neighbors teenage kids will kick their ball at my moms house, at her dog, and at the cars. That to me is telling me the kids want their ass kicked. I was here one day setting on the porch and they kicked the ball and it rolled out in front of me. That little son of a bitch jumped my moms fence and walked over like it was nothing so I stood up and grabbed the ball. Pulled my pocket knife out and popped that mother fucker. Told him if he didn't want his head to end up the same way then stay the fuck out of the yard.

I don't take shit like my mom does. I'm ready to splatter peoples fuckin head all over the drive way, i don't give a shit.

Well think about it this way, there's a proper way to do anything and everything just like there is an improper way to do something. If you put a hole in someones head it will cause problems for your family because no one will be there to protect them while you are in jail.

What I think you should do is find out who's breaking into your house and then go ahead and plan something. But only do it if you are 100% sure it's the person you suspect. Find out who's doing it then make sure he gets caught in action while the authorities are watching.

I make it sound like its so easy but try something like this out..maybe a night watch with a bunch of your friends u know...

We've spent a few nights (me, a few friends, couple of family members) and we sat in the darkness, didn't speak a work with shotguns.. nothing. But then again we didn't have a yard full of cars.. maybe to catch these dumbasses we should fill the yard with cars and turn every light on we can.

I mean, i'd like to go the 'law' way but how do you go about doing that? "I think the neighbors are doing it." - "did you see them?" - "no they just cause problems alot during ... . " - "yea, if you didn't see them we're leaving."

If i can just take out a leg that'd be fine. Something to keep them from leaving the yard. There's signs up saying private property and I know at least in this state, that gives you the right to 'defend' your family and/or property. And if somebodies trying to climb through the window then I think I can say i reacted in defense.

My house is just up the street and I'm not going to lie. If somebody tries to get in my window and I actually see them before they run off, i'm gonna jump out my window and catch'em, t hen drag'em back to my yard and beat them to within inches of their life .. maybe not kill'em.. that is a little much. I just want to show these kids i'm not fuckin around.

call your local Police department explain whats been happening and ask if they would maybe do a few extra patrols around that area. Thats what they get paid to do an I'm sure if you told them what you've told us they would have no problem doing so

Oh forgot to add, I see your in Texas an yes if I remember correctly Texas state law says that if someone enters unlawfully into your house you have the right to use deadly force.

Yea I know, which is why I went gun searching last night lol. I still plan to buy a shotgun but I think I'm gonna try to stay focused when shit like this happens instead of losing my kool. I don't want people in my yard for the next couple of months to scrape brains out of my grass and try to rid of the smell.. I'd rather just take out their knees or something. Maybe even their elbows

Oh and I'm thinking I might go up to the police station within the next couple of days and see what I can do about them coming around my place a little more. We hardly ever see a cop drive by around here (because it used to be normal in this neighborhood).

Here's what you do. You get these small window alarms that you stick on the window. Any movement of the window, a high pitch alarm goes off. They cost $9.99 each and use a battery. Mase makes a good one. Small things with a red Warning side that faces out to warn jokers away. This will do 3 things. 1. Alert you if you're home. 2. Robber might see the Warning on the window and move on. 3. The alarm will scare the hell out of him if you're not home. Worked for me.
