Ay, ive got a suggestion, what if we make the forum Dutch only? Only Dutch allowed, orange lay out, Van Basten en Cruyff avatars etc.

Let me first say that it's cool that you're trying to bring people to the site and get it more active and all that. That's cool. But that whole text battling thing is old now. I did that years ago and it gets boring pretty fucking fast. Espically when you're on a site with people who think they're all good and they aren't. The shit gets old.

yeah i hear you. text battling honestly isn't old though, there are still multiple sites who dedicate their hosts to hyping it up.

but look at what's around us on here, from the looks of it most people here are pretty new to text battling. so there's not gonna be a bunch of ego's.

and also, this site wouldn't be based around text battling like alot of those sites probably are. it would just be another forum for some people to go to, i mean let's face it, dissing people is fun, and for most of us who already love rap music, that kind of goes hand in hand.

The whole idea could work out. Not if it's all the people in Our Block participating though. That would be terrible. That's all this site mainly is now. There's a few people who keep it popping in the hip hop section, but most of the people here could care less about that section. When it's a hip hop website to begin with, lol.

haha yeah. well like i said, i do know some people, and i could advertise Streethop other places if that's allowed.

I just hope that if this does go down, people don't call it a failure in the first month, because like you said, there's not many people here who do it.

But i'm hoping if i show some dedication as a mod, maybe it will bring some more interest.
