what to do if you cell phone cracks in half?

guys, my stupid Razr cell phone just broke. the face broke off from the actual cell phone part..im not sure what to tell them in order to get a new phone..should i just tell them it was stolen? eek

For that reason, I'm glad I dont have a cell phone! lol...but if I ever do get one, I think there might be some kind of insurance plan with it incase it gets stolen, or brakes or something like that..

i got a great idea but itll work only with cingular to my knowledge. dont go there with your phone broken and add the phone insurance thing to your line which is like 3 extra bucks a month and first month you got it tell them it got stolen and you'll get a new one :thumb:

thers not a whole lot u can do, stolen might work, but i doubt it. They arent stupid, everyone who breaks ther phone probably says its stolen.

if u have an insurance n tell that someone stole youre phone u gotta go to cops first n they have to make a report. Then they give u some papers n u take them to youre phone dealer n get a new one.
