hmmm...,
sometimes while i'm trying to fall asleep at night, i become affraid that i may not wake up. but that is only because i catch myself not breathing as i'm just about to fall asleep. i caught myself not breathing twice last night

That happens to me too, but usually i wake up cuz im gasping for air.

And what's so bad about crying? Really man, I could understand if you were bitching about how you're trying to work 3 jobs with a couple of babies in the house & your life is a mess but really, when you say "crying" it just sounds petty.
