The guy in the clip, the one who "mastered" the secret, is Charles Haanel. He came up with the Master Key System. The same trailer is shown here, on a site advertising a book by Darrell Daybre.

In other words, it's probably a marketing scheme for, or a "documentary" about, one of these annoying systems.
