I Think it is a Negative term, and I think it is a Backhanded dis at Rukas since Dingos are from AUS.

Yeah I saw it on a documentary, I guess the body realises theres not enough water or food to sustain the both of them and stops it.
I guess it'll take a few million years before they realise what a car is, earlier this year one jumped into the side of my parents car and fucked up the front quarter panell. Damn Roo!
