I think someone else out there can tell me what my dream means? Ive had a dream for the last year, that me and my boy were attacked by some guy that broke into my house - so we killed him. after that we tried to hide the body but it was heavy and spilling blood and all that..but we hid it. shortly after the police pop up and stay questioning us. and the problem is that this dream is reaccuring and the feeling is uneasy through the dream because im being chased by these cops..it happens nearly every few weeks and it's really bothering me:mad:

It's hard to determine the meaning of dreams like this, it could be random bullshit or it could have somehting to do with what's happening in your life.

ill-matic- If you like a girl and you keep dreaming about her (this has happend to me), is the dream meaningless?

I think dreams can be a reflection of our concious and unconcious mind.

Dreams are not preminitions. They're manifestations of the mind from conscious or unconscious feelings.

Are you hiding from something? Worried about being caught or trapped? Are you worried about losing something?

Could be a few interpretations, for instance using one site:

Murder: To dream that you have committed a murder, indicates that you are putting an end to an old habit and your former ways of thinking. This could also mean an end to an addiction. Alternatively, you may have some repressed aggression or rage at yourself or at others.

Blood: To see blood in your dream, represents life, love, and passion as well as disappointments.

Police: To see the police in your dream, indicates some failure to perform or to honor obligations and commitments. The police also symbolize structure, rules, and control. A more direct interpretation of seeing the police in your dream forewarns that you should avoid reckless behavior.

Or maybe you've just been watching too much Law and Order.

Some of mine have been, but not in any interesting way. Just I'll dream a situation or conversation, forget about it and then later sometimes weeks later - it happens. If only it happened in regard to important or relevant things!

used to happen a lot to me.. still does once in a while. its weird but cool. it did that like once or twice in exams. dont ask why i dont know.

^ (to Amara) Coincidences. The future is not yet written. Maybe because of the feelings or desires behind your dreams, you indirectly put yourself in a situation in which part of the dream reoccur.

Well then it is written if the future is a manifestion of your subconscious feelings and desires. If they already exist then so does the future.

Doesn't mean that you will act upon them. You (or your mind) decides that, and it decides which ones to act upon.

That would only happen if a shift in those desires occurred. And perhaps then even still, the future requires that certain thoughts pass through in order to get to another set. Perhaps the future requires the subconscious manifestation to be set and overturned in order to reach what is the ultimate path.

(Back to the kittens on tv... aww).

Oh! I get that ALOT! And its not usually something I say its what others say, so how do I control that? Oh and I remember dreaming that I was sat in a house (which was my home in the dream) having a convo and it had a curved roof (never lived in a house with a curved roof) and I had the biggest dejavu the other week, my new house has a curved roof! Swear it was my dream. Anyway I agree I wish the dreams had more importance or meant something but oh well... Dont really wanna be Allison Dubois anyway

perhaps it is me trying to deal with confronting people. the guy in the dream i was killing with- was my main dude that I went out and did dirt with. we sold drugs together, hurt people and once blew up a car and avoided the court date together. so the dream could be as said before, me killing off a bad habit, but the cops appearing might be me dealing with the out come of my old habits..

this dream comes back like every other month, so the question is why?!

"To dream that you kill someone, indicates that heavy stress may cause you to lose your temper and self-control. Consider the person you have killed and ask yourself if you feel any rage towards him or her in your waking life. You may very well be expressing some anger or hatred toward this person. Alternatively, you may be trying to kill or put an end to an aspect of yourself that is represented by the person killed. Identify the characteristics of this person and ask yourself how you do not want to be like him or her." got it offa some dream site
