When you can't get any lower and you feel that life just got a whole lot worse and you don't want to deal how do you get out of it or the situation...Be it for school,work,love,family anything you can think of how do you dig yourself out of a hole...What makes you better I guess, or get through it alright.

Don't give me that ''Look on the brightside crap'' cause it doesn't work for everybody and doesn't work on a pessimest.
 
Well if you didnt want optimism what did you want...? Reassurance that the end is near?

Time is the only thing that makes things better, harping on the bad or being unnecessarily pessimistic will only make you more miserable.

dont know..i never feel that shitty

but i think its different from person to person. some listen to music, some special songs which remind them of better times, other just sit there and do nothing to think about the problem...some go out and get drunk.lol...dont know

When i have felt like that in the past, i have organised a night in/out with my mates had a laugh and tried to pick myself up! or talked to somebody about how i was feeling, sometimes just talking to someone can help you feel better
 
do you have any hobbies? play and instruments? i always try to make music when i get down, i'll pick up my acoustic guitar, scratch the hell out of a few records on my turntalbes, make some beats on my 12 track recorder. it always helps to get my mind off things
 
Me and my boyfriend broke up on sunday so this is my current week:

Monday: Cry, hang out with friends and drive around and get drunk (this is accepted monday behaviour when you're sad)
Tuesday: Not go to school or work, stay inside and cry and hang out with friends
Wednesday: Not go to school or work, go outside in the beautiful spring weather and then home to moms to be spoiled
Thursday: Do absolutely nothing and then drive around with friends and talk shit and wish someone would get drunk with you
