What are you doing for New Years Eve?

Im trying to decide what to do for New Years. I was gonna fly to the Gold Coast, already had my ticket, but my girl wants to stay in Adelaide so she can see her sister on New Years at some stage.

So I am stuck trying to work out what to do. I was thinking bout hiring a house boat or yacht if the weather is nice and floating away.

I just dont feel like doing the club thing.

yeah the worst thing you can do is be in a club on new years eve.

Me and a few friends are hiring a hotel room and just wondering around the south bank area and inviting randoms up. We've always enjoyed doing this and you meet some great people.
Then crash back at the hotel room and hit summadayze the next day which is like a big rave event every new years day. Then after that hitting back to the hotel room and recovering for 2 days.

Im gonna spend New Years at Mt.Cootha with a few mates most likely, away from the vity and crowded areas.

for new year's eve i'm going to a restaurant with my family, two of my mom's friends and family and most importantly my boyfriend. nothing exceptional.

Just going to the local pub - i hate clubs at new year, they charge a fortune to get in just cos it's new year.

Plus the pub is staggering distance back to my boyfriends - result.
