do you think everyone were blind of the possibility of Jeff Weise committing a crime such as the one he did that day??
heres my view.
personally i dont think they were blind. they seen the kid doing the doodles. he even told some people. they seen this kid had problems and can harm someone if given the chance. they were just to scared or lazy to do anything about it. they shouldve gotten the kid some help.
