Yes, but in America, they keep ghetto life seperated from surburban life from each other. I live what you would define as a surburb, I cross the road, literaly, and I'm what you would define a ghetto. Its like that every where in the UK. They mix what we call "council estates" with private residence. A guy who earns £60k, has a nice home and car will have some unemployed drug dealing criminal who lives off government benefits as his next door neighbour.
