Kiss didn't steal it from Ras Kass, that was all Alchemist's fault. If anyone shoulda got dissed it shoulda been Alchemist. Kiss just bought the beat. And Ras didn't even really diss Jada in that song if I remember correctly. Fuck it, Kiss made that song a classic, blows Ras Kass's version away.
