I have a cold too, unfortunately. Been a bitch, couldn't sleep at night. My suggestion? Nyquil at night, if you can't sleep, have a spoonful of that stuff, puts you right out. In the day, have fruit and drink orange juice.

I was thinking to get something to help me sleep... I haven't been able to breathe properly so I don't end up falling asleep until i'm absolutely exhausted, like 5 or 6 am..and even then i wake up a few hours later.
i always find going out for a long run by sweating it out, helps with me..
i think its something about keeping your blood flowing round your body with fitness helps because your immune system gets stronger, i hardly ever get ill, and my pot head friends who sit ariound all day seem to always be down with all kinds of illness. so their must be something to do with keeping fit.
/\ That's true actually, when i've been really blocked up over the past few days, I found jumping around a bit and lifting weights cleared the blockage temporarily.
