Seeing as we have a thread devoted to Absinthe, thought we could use a good old Vodka thread as well. I like Russian vodka. Smirnoff has been at the heart of my best and worst of times...lol.

Oh yeah, I was watching that show "Just Shoot Me" last week and
Nina was having a nightmare and she woke up in a start and her drug-fucked boyfriend asks, what's wrong? But she didn't want to tell him, so she made something up and says, "Oh it was horrible. I had a dream that we were at war....with....Poland.....Russia..... and Scandanavia.....it was terrible - we couldn't get Vodka anywhere!"

I thought that was pretty funny.

lol......I love Vodka Martini these days, shit is quite strong...Vodka Bull is always a good choice....Vodka Lemon, Vodka Orange - classic, but nothing special.

Yeah, without Vodka, my life wouldn't be the same.

Well all those Vodka Ice things aren't real vodka. I mean, for me Vodka is a 40% liquor....mix that with Martinti and u have a nice drink.

Oh yeah, go the Vodka and orange, Menace - with a little bit of rasberry on top. Katie - you have all my sympathy. My boyfriend likes his vodka straight...tastes too much like paint stripper for me to do that. lol

It's good if you get a flavoured iceblock and your vodka in a blender, so that all the ice gets crushed and then its like a cheap, do it yourself cocktail. Just don't do what I did and do that when you are by yourself... drinking alone is no fun!

Vodka is my fave tipple, I like it with pretty much anything, although i don't like coke as a mixer. I like black cherry vodka mixed with Godiva at the moment

I'll start off on lager, then hit the whiskies, but I always spend most of the night on Vodka. Vodka Redbull is the best, but gives you a shitty night and next day, so I usually stick to Vodka Orange.
Then I'll down a few shots and depending on the occassion might finish off a bottle of champagne.
I'm what you call a binge drinker. I only drink when I go out, but I hit it hard. That's only once or twice a week usually though.
