I had a few games rented out but decided not to purchase.

It is, but people cheat online, some people will survive anything but can kill you with one shot.

but its likely that a lot of them are just very good at the game. The reason they kill you with one shot is because they shoot you in the head all the time. This knocks off almost all of your health so all they have to do is follow it up with another shot. Also if you are using the assault rifle or that other machine gun, fire in little short bursts rather than holding down the shoot button because the bullets just scatter everywhere if you hold it down and wont hit your target. Crouching makes you harder to hit from long range as well. I think it also improves accuracy.

Im pretty good at getting headshots. its harder when the auto aim is turned off though.

But yea you will get alot of cheats. i have seen plenty. Like this dude shooting rockets out of his pistol lol. or the guy with a super fast car in race mode. I hate online cheats. its so pointless. they still suck at the game.
