When it's raining outside, do you use an umbrella or put a hoody/hat/cap over your head? Or neither?

if you wear a hood in this country you're deemed as an anti-social chav to simply put it. so for me, umbrella although i never take one.

sometimes i just let my hair get wet - doesnt matter if its light drizzle, ill just go home and wash it. but if its pissin it down and worst comes to worst then i use my hood if i have one.

speaking of chavs above - my friend (who thinks he knows it all) called me a chav for wearing ecko joggers. i mean, they are proper cotton ones, not the synthetic reebok or umbro ones chavs wear with white paint all over them FFS!
