Technology trojan problem

my antivirus program kasperskiy once i start windows finds a trojan named trojan-download.win32.zlob or smth like this.. it gives me 2 options either to delete or skip. once i press delete, i receive blue screen and my pc just turns off. when i start windows again, the same story again. of course i can select "skip" and work without worying, but that's not good. 2 days ago performed kasperskiy scan in safe mode, deleted that virus, in normal mode everything seemed ok. just 2 days after the same story repeats. also tried to delete that file manualy in safe mode ld100.tmp in windows folder. but on normal mode shit happens again.
any suggestions?
