Juelz is that shit though. The best MC in DipSet, his verses on Mic Check and Tha 2nd Coming are signs of gr8 lyrical potential. And his swagger(a key element of a rapper) is up there with Wezzy and TI. I think that tha fact that hes on Dipset and made tha Whistle Song (even though his flow killed it) are reasons why he got put on this list. Gurus just on it cuz his voice, cant be cuz of lyrics "Above the Clouds" proves that dude wrong
