A wigger someone who is a part of white culture but tries to embrace and live black culture so they can impress or look intimidating or "cool" to white culture and black culture, hoping they become accepted and/or praised and respected. I think a lot of it has to do with self-concept. It's usually a phase, like how a person in a mid life crisis tries to act youthful. A wigger is someone who does it because they want to be like the real ones, and try to cross over to that life when they don't wanna live their own.

i always thought of a wigger as middle to upper class white kid from the suburbs who drastically changes his appearance and behavior to conform to the stereotypical image of a hip-hop icon. eminem doesn't fit that definition.

Yeeah sure he didnt change his image, although maybe not middle class. I just consider someone a wigga when you get the strong sense they're not being themselves and trying to fit into that stereotype.
