The Trotsky (2009)
I don't know if it's out in the USA since it's a Canadian movie, but I saw it tonight since Jay Baruchel, Colm Feore and some other local talent was in it. The shit was funny as hell, a lot funnier than I expected. If you know a bit about Trotsky and the history of revolutions it adds to the comedic aspect of it, but even if you don't know it ... it's pretty damn good. I was gladly surprised. It's cool cause it was entirely filmed here in MTL also.
I suggest it to anyone who wants to see something different from big blockbuster Hollywood movies.
