The Sibling Thread

I was just wondering how many brothers and sisters you guys have and where you fit in.

Like are you the baby of the family, the middle child, etc.

How do you feel about it, i.e. did you like growing up as the baby of the family or did you hate it?

I'm an only child, no brothers and sisters for me and I looove being the only child too!

i've got 1 brother (half brother) hes like 28 now, and a younger sister.... but a few months ago i found out i have another younger brother and younger sister......my cousins told me about them ..


as far as i know im my dads oldest son (the other 2 kids i found out about are his from somebody else) and my moms second oldest son...


so who knows lol

but i basically grew up the oldest cuz my brother was bad, dropped outta school ran away..so i was the oldest spoiled one plus i was my dads first child (at least i think..) and i pretty much got everything i wanted...i was pushin go karts wen i was 5-8 years old, runnin from da police, gettin n trouble LOL

i'm an only child too. i guess i like it. it can have it's advantages. but i've always wondered what it would be like to have a sibling. i've always wanted a brother or sister. older or younger it wouldnt matter. it would have been cool to have someone to hang out with when my parents took me on vacation with them.

^^^Yeah, when I was younger I used to want a brother or sister for company, I was always jealous of the kids who had a big family because it was always just me, my mom, and my daddy

Plus, we moved around alot so I figured at least if I had siblings I wouldn't be soo lonely, but my daddy never knocked my mom up again.

And now as an adult I hate it that I won't be able to ever experience being an auntie, but for the most part I wouldn't have it any other way. I loove being spoiled

i feel ya pain we moved alot too. but i wouldnt have it any other way either. my parents have and still do alot for me. alot of those things wouldnt have happen if i had brothers or sisters.

i think this has been done before but

it depends if ur talkin real brothers and sisters, cuz i hav 2 real bros, im the middle, ther 19, and 13. But if wer talkin neone considered a brother or sister then i hav 6. my 2 bros i awredy mentioned, my half-sis, whos 32, her husband (my brother in law) hes 37, my step bro, 19, and my step sis, 21

Neways the only 2 rilly grew up wit wer my real bros. My sis moved to vancouver wen i was about 4, and the other 3 didnt come into the picture until recently. Neways growin up as the middle child does suck. After awhile i jus stated doin alot of the work round the house, since i was bein forced to if i didnt do it on my own. If i say, y cant Garett do it? my mom'll say "he does plenty of work around here, and has been way longer than u" jus because hes older, she seems to think he does more work (bullshit). And even the Keven is 13 hes still "too young" to do shit. He gets babied outta his mind. My parents even butter his toast for him

Identical or not? I have always thought that would be weird to have a twin, but a good kind of weird. Sometimes you hear stories of twins having strange connections, for instance one might feel pain if the other gets hurt even though they might be miles apart physically etc.. Wondered if it's true.

Nah were not identical, truthfully i'm not sure if a guy girl set can be identical. Something i should look into. But we don't feel pain or nothing like that, but we do have a connection, probably like anyone who has been around a long ass time would though too, we know what each other is thinking, we say the same word at the same time a lot, laugh at the same things, but thats more like common things. But it's not like i can read her mind or pinch myself when i'm mad at her so she feels it too.

Same here amigo, cept I have an older brother(17), so that like makes me the youngest My brother gets more attention and almost everythin he wants from my daddy cuz hes his 'only son' but I get more attention and love from my mommy cuz I'm her only daughter
