How the fuck did this happen (see attached).

And how do I fix it?





Ignore the amount of times task manager appears to be open. My laptop threw a tantrum.

LOL, I've had this problem before too. Just double click the border.

You accidentally double clicked the window. Double click again (anywhere outside the list of processes) and it'll revert to normal.
