Styles P has opted not to press charges against the truck driver who broke his leg during a traffic incident shortly before Christmas.
Greenburgh officials are furious at the rapper Styles P - real name David Styles – after his decision not to prosecute.
Due to his injury, Styles has been forced to cancel promotional concerts for his recently released album, Time Is Money.
The driver of the truck, John Henson, spent Christmas Day in jail and appeared in court January 2nd where he apologised.
Henson has been suspended from his truck driving job and is struggling to pay his mortgage and support his five children.
He will appear in court again on January 26th.
