i'd get a stretch mark cream but i'd feel like a moron walking into a store or whatever asking for one

there is a certain trick to it.. you just walk up to the lady and give a sly 'wink' ask you ask im sure she will blush and probably give you her number too :thumb:

ever since working out, i got stretch marks all the time

i used this stuff,and it was amazing. its called mederma(i think thats how you spell it). its a cream for scars. you will not be able to tell a stretch mark was at that location unless you look real close and you already knew it was there.

get yourself a tan on top of that and you're beautiful to go

i've had stretch marks on my back and thighs for around 3 years now due to rapid growth, ive never done anything to get rid of the marks, and because i didnt feel the need to do so, i waitied for them to fade away. now, the ones on my thighs are almost gone, but the ones on my lower back are clearly visible, anyone know if these creams still work if i apply them 3 years later than normal?

best opinion is to get vitiams... i was getting major strecth makrs under my arms from weightsd and went to the health food store... gave me a thing of vitiams and aparently Zinc was one of the ingrediant and was the best way to prevent them.

There is no way to get rid of em. You're stuck with em. You can reduce the appearance of em by using Retin-A or there is also something called trilastin (that you can order off the i-net) that is supposed to help make em less noticeable. Cocoa butter doesn't work (least not for me) but mederma might since it makes scars less noticeable. Stretch marks come from your skin stretching too fast and once that damage has been done, it's undoable because it's not on the top layer of skin, it's just underneath.

I have some stretch marks on my lower back cause I grew too quick. And believe it or not I have a stretch mark between my legs cause I grew too big there too!

danm ... i have them between my shoulder n chest. They r not too bad.... not too bad it kinda shows that tha gym is workin lol

everyone seems to have gone mad for it where i live, everyone's heard of it - probably coz it smells soooo good. Like you've already been told though, nothing will get rid of them, it can only make their appearance fade... get rid of the redness, which will make them less noticeable.

Oh and, I read in a book to prevent stretch marks in the first place, almond oil is good.
