Technology Spyware Problem

Ok..I got this Microsoft AntiSpyware 2 clean out spyware and all that shit..But when I restart my computer the same shit is still on it..this 1 problem..its called XXX-Files..I fount the folder that has the program in it and its called Web Site Viewer..it puts like a browser program on my desktop, dissconnects me from my internet and begins 2 dial long distance numbers and its no way i can get rid of it for good..any 1 have any ideas?..

Download Ad-Aware & Spybot..here's the links

install & update the programs and then scan with both..first with adaware than spybot..if u still can't get rid of that spyware..then u can always try spybot advanced mode or HijackThis..and try to get rid of the spyware manually
