Something that pisses me off about my job..

We don't get our hours (vacation, sick, personal) on our paychecks anymore. To make it even worse, we only get an update on our hours once at the end of every month. Normally it would be no big deal (it's not hard to calculate what you use and have) BUT to make it even WORSE.. the idiot company that owns us fucks up our hours when we DO get them that one time a month.

I swear they do it on purpose so we don't get to use all of the time we're entitled to take.

Does anyone else not get their hours on their paychecks from their job?

At first I thought it may not be legal. But i'm sure it is. I just don't see the purpose. Wtf?

When I worked stock in high school, we got paid weekly (Thursdays) and we got the hours we worked that week, the hours that month (I think), and then the total we've made working there overall.

I worked four hour shifts and it was relatively easy to remember what days I worked the week before. Plus, our schedules told us the total hours for the week we were scheduled.

What I'm trying to say is I think my company took just about every measure not to Jew you out of hours and money. But our store manager was...well...B-L-A-C-K....and she was mean. I hid from her between aisles so she didn't see my shift wasn't tucked into my pants.
