Alright, here we go:

*Let people have signatures but have requirements:
Size Requirement
One Image Per Sig Requirement

*Make the posts from Top(#1 At The Top) to Bottom(Last Post At Bottom)

*Download Section For NON-V.I.Ps(You might have one but I can't see it) with requirements:
Must of been part of forum for a month(30 Days) and must have over 300 posts...(But only music links because your site host will bitch at you if any appz, games or that kindah shit is posted...)

I hate images in sigs, so no. Most people wil agree it slows the forum down and makes it look ameturish.
