Sisqo and Dru Hill, are they the biggest fall off act?

Sisqo and Dru Hill.... I would say these are the biggest "fall off" artists ever. Dru Hill were huge in the 90's, and now they cant even sell 25,000 records. Sisqo had the Thong Song, but now he cant get a record deal? His album was due last year, but nobody wants to gamble with its release. What the hell happened behind the scenes? or did times move on and their style of music fade away?
