Shoutbox down

The server is taking a beating because of the shoutbox. The way it works is that every time you press enter and a new message is "posted" a new page is created.

Im optimizing the code, it wont be done today, so just use Our Block for your general chit chat .

Mods are instructed to let off topic discussion in OUR BLOCK slide, as long as they are within the general rules of the board.
