Well i'm obviously not sure what happened to you, but i'm assuming it must be a shitty situation since you're feeling that bad about it. If I was in your situation, here's where my unique thinking abilites would come into play. Letting things get to you and letting it make you upset is a weakness in my opinion.
It will lead to god knows how many other things. It will most likely give you a shitty attitiude and you won't look at things the same. I realize it's not easy for someone to just change the way they think and deal with things, but this works for me really well. The less you let things bother you, the better off you'll be ..no matter how bad the situation. Obviously there are situations where it won't always work, but it happens. I try to not let things bother me so I don't end up in the situation you're in now. Who wants to be in that situation right? I'm not saying be careless to the point where everything is gonna fall apart and your life turns to shit, but don't let things bother you so much man.
There are plenty of things I could worry about right now, but I don't worry at all. You will feel alot better if you worry less. I know people that are always worrying about shit and then they wonder why they always have a head ache. They wonder why they are always in the situation they're in. They worry way too much instead of just going with the flow. My life situation is kinda shitty at the moment, but i'm not letting it bother me. I can't, it's just the way I am. It's not extremely shitty or anything, but it's not nearly as good as it could (or should) be. Explain what the problem is.
