use a site saving application. it will grab everything there. else, you can check the source, but usually flash files are protected.

view...source...find the url of the swf (usually <embed src="flashmoviehere.swf">)...then save the page as.

the u can get a program to import it into flash and seperate the components...such as sound, graphics etc (if thats what you need)

man do a search for *.swf on your hard drive, it will be in the tempory internet files folder, find it the cut and paste some where esle.
