Saigon has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanour charges of second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
The charges originate from an incident last December which involved Saigon’s ex-girlfriend.
Saigon allegedly poured alcohol over the woman, grabbed her, pulled her, and used a car door to hit her left leg.
He was served with the disorderly conduct charge after refusing to follow police orders to remain quiet whilst in the parking lot of his home building.
The judge has already ordered that the rapper stay away from his ex-girlfriend.
Last year, after an attempted robbery on his $18,000 chain, Saigon received seven stitches after being struck in the head with a beer bottle.
The twenty-six year old has already spent most of his youth in prison.
