Harlem native Ron Browz, real name Rondell Turner, is upping his resume of work this year, as the producer landed beats on such albums as Tony Yayo's Thoughts of a Predicate Felon and also the soundtrack for 50 Cent's upcoming debut film "Get Rich Or Die Tryin' ".
Browz laced the track titled "G-Shit" on Yayo's album, while his sound is featured on "Get Rich Or Die Tryin's" "Whip Ya Head" with 50 Cent and Young Buck. But, although he has raised the bar this year and people have taken notice, he's been around for quite some time.
Browz's early work includes production on Big L's classic album, The Big Picture, Nas' infamous diss track toward Jay-Z, "Ether", as well as beats for many others including Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe and Lloyd Banks, just to name a few.
With many award-winning artists reaching out to Browz for production, he is quietly working on creating an empire via his own label, Money Ave. The label's first artist, T-Rex, is already working the mixtape circuit and is enjoying a strong buzz in the streets of New York.
