Not really he's just doing a voiceover with the camera constantly fixed on his face which looks like he's going over something about his career in his mind during a fight scene.

Damn, Balboa as usual looks like he has had the shit slapped out of him in that trailer, bet that trailer is only after 1 round.
Adrien is dead in this movie too, maybe they should kill rocky is this one also, it would be a good end to the series and then he could have that 3rd fight with Apollo.
