Request for Website graphic

Hey... i really need help... my image program is down so i cant make graphics...

what i need is for someone to make me a graphic... it has to be like the one on my site http://www.outlawspirit.com the one you see right at the top...

but it needs to be different height n widths to fit my forums...

in pixels -

height: 116
width: 790

pac n yak related... and the only text on it to be -

OutlawSpirit.com

just base it on the graphic on my site now... thanks for ur help... and ill rep++
