is it possible to get rid of the " you must spread some reputation around before giving it to ........ again"??

i have tryed to rep a few people latly that made me laugh or to show my appreciation for their help and it wont let me..

Use the search feature to find old posts by old inactive members and rep them. Problem solved.

The rep system works fine, perhaps u just rep to many people for stuff that really isn't rep worthy. Like carmi isn't rep worthy 99% of the time.

lol. i rep once or twice a day tops, some times not even that. i get like one rep every two weeks, and lately t seems two out of three times they are from people who just need to spread some around to rep someone.
