Well the local newspaper ran a third page article about it. Stirred up alittle support. I'll scan the clipping soon as I a chance. I had a lawyer write the Dean threating to sue and take this whole matter before the court. He cracked and unkicked me out. So now I'm back failing half my classes because I missed them. I wasn't allowed to attend. I have found a lawyer who doesn't charge unless he wins a lawsuit. I'm going with him and I believe I'm taking this to court. I hope that alot of other students who this Dean kicked out for unjust reasons will do the same. I believe he is racist and extremely sexist. If your anything but white or you have a dick, you DO NOT get a fair chance. Hopefully he'll lose his job for this shit. I'm gonna tell you all what happened to me today. I'm currently in my second year of college, never caused any troubles, never failed a class so far, and am generally quiet in class. Someone was throwin stink bombs half the day and for some odd reason, the Dean wanted to search me and my room. So he went through my room and he me empty out my pockets. Well I carry around a few of my perscription pain killers incase I seriously need them at any given time. He seen them and asked what I had them for. I told him I was prescribed to them and I carried them loose in my pocket for when i hurt. Well he said that it was illegal to carry them and preceeded to tell me I was expelled from school. I had two days to get everything together. I told him I better get my money back and he said I won't. So I start packing thinking about how a chick in my class got caught snorting an OC 40 and had about five on her. She didn't have a prescription either. All the Dean did was take them and give her a warning. And she's been in a hell of alot more trouble than me.. Also, I'm being charged with possession of a narcotic and possession of a controled substance.. wtf man.. I'm lookin at some jail time now over this BS. What do you guys think of this?

Take it further. From your previous school record and the Deans leanient behaviour with the other pupil, you'll hopefully be able to get this shit sorted, good luck
