Technology rar files

I was just wonderin if someone could tell me how to play a rar file on your computer. Or if I could possibly change the rar file to an mp3 file. Thank You.

download winrar at www.download.com and open the file

winrar isnt free but you can uninstall and reinstall once they ask to charge you. thats what i always do :thumb:
