This is mostly aimed at people in the US. So you got the westside sign which is virtually known worldwide . What the hell is the eastcoast sign ?

it's shaping your hand like an E...the thumb is the bottom, extend the middle finger to make the the middle part, and kind of curve your index (pointer) so it's pointing the same direction as the other two and that's the top part of the E
