The book never happend. I tried to reach her multiple times over the years and couldn't. I talked to the publisher as well. They confirmed me that they didn't hear anynthing from her for years as well - so, I dunno, maybe all this was fake or Amaru simply died - one or the other way there won't be no book. period.
