Alot of people as of late have been telling me that I've been losing weight..and Im starting to notice myself. I dont do drugs, I dont starve myself, I dont have any kind of sickness, I get plenty to eat and I even eat junk food sometimes - if anything, Im suprised Im not looking any fatter. Im weight like 200 lbs, but Im starting to get a little concerned and wonder whats up. I heard that masterbating alot makes you lose weight; is this true cause that might be what it is? If thats what it is, then please let me know cause I will seriously cut down for real.
And since we're on the subject, Im tryna improve me physique. I dont wanna sound ignorant asking this, but does doing push-ups regularly really give you muscles? How many should I daily? Cause I can up to 50 non-stop before my elbows collapse.
