Technology Question about Vista

My profile on my account is not displaying the things it should (desktop background,exc..)

When I log into my account it tells me Im in a temporary account and that I should check my administrator to make changes. But I dont know where I can change this settings so that everything can get back to normal once I set up my account the way I want.

I think it's in control panel> Users.

Go to users and either create a new standard account, or change your account type from Guest.

I really don't know the solution to your problem and I use Vista
