Film & TV Question about the new Xbox

You can use any TV to play it, it just wont look as nice. But thats true for the current gen too, games look better on my HDTV than on my normal one.

They will still look dope as fuck on a normal one, but just not as good as they could look if you had HD.

yeah and hd's are getting cheaper, well aleast for me.i got a 32in widescreen for 300 bucks brand new.halo 2 got a lot better lookin for live.

^damn you got a nice deal. I got a samsung hd 32 inch for $800 last thanksgiving.

The game also depends on what kind of cables youre using. If you are using the 3 pronged A/V cables on an HD, it won't look as nice as it would with a 5 prong component cable. Granted, a ps2 would look better on my new tv then my old 70's TV anyway you look at it, but the cables will matter too if you want the clearest picture.

Thanks for your answers :)

Much appriciated.

In Sweden it's kinda rare to find a HD-tv I think. But they're going to change the channels connection or something like that, which means that normal TV can't handle the new resolution. So I must buy a HD-tv. I have a widescreen, are most of them HD ?
