so if he still plays 120 games this year, 50 homers isn't out of the question

same with 120 RBI's

still, it's a very sad day for me, Pujols is one of my favorite players and I wanted to get to see him do some historic things this year.

^^Well Pujols plays 1B, and Bonds plays OF, and I've seen Pujols actually play defense, and that's how he got his injury. Bonds, doesn't.

Anyways. Part of being a great player is longevity and staying out of injury, its mostly up to luck but still. Think if Griffey never got injured.

But this sucks, sucks real bad. The way things were goin this was gonna be a career year, hopefully he'll bounce back and make the most of it and prepare to hopefully do this type of thing next year.

Watching Bonds* in the outfield in 2006 is like watching Bartolo Colon in the outfield.

Back to Pujols, this is a type of injury where you have to rest 100% for 2-3 weeks before you can even continue working out and getting back into game shape. Who knows how Albert can respond to this.

If he tries to exercise too early he'll strain it again and go back to square one.
