Technology PS emulators

Hi... I was using an old PS 1 emulator. I am a die hard fan of CTR game n now again i want to play it. Unfortunately my old one has crashed. Now i tried all kinda emulators i was able to get. None of it works for me.. It asks me to setup a BIOS file for it! I'm totally lost.

Can any big-brain help this bird brain here!!

You know, get yourself a ps, ps2 or ps3. Nothing can replace the joy of playing those games on a real console.
Psx and ps ones are really cheap these days.
